In between making videos and doing virtual coaching sessions, I like to assist the hurdling community by answering free requests for Q&A and video reviews. The most efficient way to accomplish this that benefits all parties is by reviewing these videos during a YouTube livestream show. As of now, this show doesn’t have a set schedule, but we will send you a link to view the review once it’s available-usually within one week. If you need help sooner, you should consider a paid virtual coaching session. It’s only $49 , more in-depth, and usually turned around within 24 hours. You can also get a live 1:1 zoom session available upon request.   

It depends on the time of year. I generally review 5-10 per week. Leading up to and during the season I get more videos than I can review. You can improve your chances by having a good quality video, clearly stated Question/challenge.  For guaranteed, faster and more in-depth service, consider a paid virtual coaching session.

I can try to work with whatever you send, but the best angles for me are side shot (the more level to the hurdler the better) and an additional front shot. I get so many requests for video reviews that I often can only show one to you, but I look at all of them to give me better perspective.
