Your first workout is an ideal-world training scenario (open schedule, already in shape and fully-stocked home gym), but since most of us don’t live in that world, I made the program customizable to fit in your life. Will I have to give my credit card info?

No. Nobody likes that scam!

What happens when the 2 weeks is up?

Nothing. There’s no risk, if that’s what you’re wondering.  My hope is that you find my program valuable enough to  continue with me at the paid rate. If not, you can just take what you have learned from me and go it alone. You can always visit my site and YouTube channel to learn 

What is included?

My virtual coaching gives you access to all my training plans: strength and conditioning. I give it to you defaulted to my recommendations, but you have the option to add, remove, rearrange, etc. to meet our needs.
