Welcome to Ace Method Coaching, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ACE Track & Field coaching system, app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with consent of a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to bind yourself (and, if applicable, your team or organization) to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Services require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed through our e-commerce partner (WooCommerce or equivalent).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect current billing periods.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Share or resell your account.
Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, training plans, drills, videos, software, and other materials available through the Services are owned or licensed by Ace Method Coaching, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or organizational training purposes.
6. User Content
You may upload data (e.g., team calendars, athlete information, video submissions). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it solely for providing and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any content you provide.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the Services will meet your needs, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Method Coaching, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
