Coach Caton has helped me improve my hurdles more than any other coach could. He fine tuned my form and conditioned me into the best athlete I could be. Without his coaching, I never would have been able to have the incredible opportunities of winning the Junior Olympic USATF state and regionals in the 400 hurdles, and going on to participate in Nationals. I also would not have been able to fall in love with the 300 hurdles and place at state my sophomore year. I am incredibly grateful to coach Caton and can’t wait to improve further under his coaching.
